From what I can see:

Obverse

• Light to moderate hairlines (old cabinet friction / light cleaning evidence)

• Strong portrait detail (hair above ear sharp, veil folds strong)

• Crown pearls are well defined

• No major rim damage

Reverse

• Excellent shield detail

• Lions are still strong with definition

• Central rose sharp

• Fields show light surface marks

About EF (Extremely Fine)
Possibly EF-40 to EF-45 range.

It does not look mint state due to visible hairlines in the fields, but the detail level is strong.
