Sharp portrait of George V facing left by Sir Edgar Bertram Mackennal.
Well-struck example with full mint detail remaining in the beard and hair. Attractive original lustre present with light contact marks consistent with the assigned MS62 grade.
Being the final year of George V coinage, the 1936 half crown remains popular with both type collectors and date collectors.
